Just had it occur with a user. Client was upgraded from 4.67 directly to 6.0.1 on Win2000 workstation. Luckily, I had made a copy of desktop.dsk, deleted desktop6.ndk and let it rebuild. This is the second user this has happened to. For the first user, we deleted bookmarks.nsf and desktop6.ndk and started from scratch. No problems since (although the user was quite angry).

I will try the toolbar restore defaults fix next time.
